Nick Automation builds automated phone answering and follow-up systems for small businesses. This page explains what information gets collected through this website, why, and what happens to it.

What gets collected

If you fill in the form on this site, the following is collected:

Nothing is collected if you don't submit the form. There is no account to create and no login.

Why it's collected

To contact you about the service you enquired about, and to work out whether it fits your business before a call. That's the only purpose.

How it's used

Your phone number is used to call or text you about your enquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with other companies for their marketing.

If you book a time, your name and number are passed to the scheduling system so you don't have to type them twice.

Who processes it

A few services handle this data on Nick Automation's behalf:

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta advertising pixel to measure whether ads are working. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or adjust what Meta shows you through your Meta ad preferences — the site still works either way.

How long it's kept

Enquiries are kept while there's a reasonable chance of doing business together, and deleted on request at any time.

Getting your information removed

Email nickscales11@gmail.com and ask. Your details will be deleted, and you'll get confirmation once it's done. You can also ask for a copy of what's held about you.

Not for children

This is a service for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
